Issue: Upon launching Ponemah, an error message is displayed and closes Ponemah

SYMPTOMS:

The following error message appears and then Ponemah shuts down.  

SOLUTION:

This error message can appear for multiple reason.

The license dongle is not plugged into the computer. 

NOTE:

Ponemah USB dongle will look like one of the following with a light on it.  

If it looks like the following USB drive, it is not a Ponemah dongle.  This is a USB drive that has DSI software and other pertinent files.  

Sentinel Driver

View Version in Control Panel

The USB dongle requires the appropriate Sentinel System Driver Installed.  First, it is recommend to go into the control panel and view the list of programs (or Apps & features) to verify the version of the Sentinel System Driver Installer.  If this program/app is not installed you will need to install it.  If it is present, verify the version that is installed as there may be a conflict in the version installed.
