For Dataquest ART Versions 3.1 and Older

Delete the file password.bin from the Dataquest ART run-time folder (typically c:\Dataquest ART).

For Dataquest ART Versions 4.0 and Newer

Delete the file nagem.bin from the Dataquest ART run-time folder (typically c:\Dataquest ART). 

Notes

If you are not able to see the password.bin or nagem.bin file it may be because Windows isn't configured to show hidden files and folders.

1. While in the Dataquest ART run-time folder, click on Tools -> Folder Options.*
2. In the Folder Options dialog, click the View tab.
3. Check the box corresponding to Show hidden files and folders.  Click OK.

* If you are running Windows 7 or don’t see a Tools drop down at the top of your folder dialog, press the ALT key on your keyboard, and the dropdown toolbar should appear.
