Error writing the Review File when using MX2 and 4ET implants
Symptom
When using Ponemah v5.x, the MX2 interface, and 4ET implants, starting an acquisition may cause the following error:
Resolution
This occurs when calibration values for the Battery Voltage channel are not entered within the MX2 Hardware Configuration.
By default, the Battery Voltage channel is disabled.
Enter the calibration values for the Battery Voltage channel from the 4ET package. The reference points “0” and “1” can also be edited by double-clicking in the respective fields (see below).
Note:
- If the Battery Voltage channel is enabled under MX2 Hardware Configuration, the minimum accepted value for the Secondary Sampling Rate under Acquisition | A/D Sampling rate is 50 Hz.
- To allow a Secondary Sampling Rate of 10 Hz, the Battery Voltage channel must be disabled. However, entering of the calibration values are still required to avoid this issue.
