Implant internal error: 16252 when acquiring from PhysioTel Digital implants
Symptom
During data acquisition with PhysioTel Digital implants, a popup message displays with the following message:
Implant internal error: 16252.
Cause
During normal operation, the implant's microprocessor communicates with its RF chip at least 4 times per second. If that communication fails once, the implant restarts as a precaution. At the same time, the CLC is sending commands asking the implant for its data. However, the implant may still be restarting and cannot respond to the CLC's request to send physiologic data. Should this happen, the error message above will be displayed.
Resolution
- If using implant firmware v1.50030 or later, these errors do not necessarily mean that there is an issue with the implant. If using versions prior to v1.50030, contact DSI Technical Support.
- CLC firmware v0.1.28 and later will instruct Ponemah to log this info and not pop-up a message.
