Ponemah v6.30 Sampling Control Subject State error while collecting valid data
Symptom:
The Sampling Control dialog may display ‘Error’ for the Subjects’ Sampling State during a Scheduled Acquisition, while simultaneously collecting valid data.
Cause:
This is due to an inability of the PC to communicate with the MX2/CLC during the Scheduled Acquisition, specifically during the transition of a Sampling Group between idle and active. When this occurs, Ponemah will attempt to reconnect to the MX2/CLC. Once communication to the MX2/CLC is reestablished, valid data will be collected, saved, and displayed in the Ponemah Primary Graphs. However, Ponemah will fail to update the Sampling State within the Sampling Control Dialog, persisting the display of the ‘Error’ State.
Resolution:
This bug is scheduled to be corrected in Ponemah v6.40.
