The following error message is displayed at any point when using Ponemah or other applications.

Cause

This issue was introduced with the following Microsoft Security Updates on October 10, 2017 for Windows 7 and Windows 10 introduces this issue. 

• Windows 7
  • KB4041681
  • KB4041678
• Windows 10
  • KB4041676

To check updates using Windows 7, navigate to the following location:

Control Panel > Windows Updates > View Updates History > Installed Updates

To check updates using Windows 10, search for View your update history.
