Solution

Axis has developed a small utility that lists all Axis cameras present on the same subnet/network segment.

The utility is called Axis IP Utility and can be downloaded via the link below:

The main advantage of this utility is that it doesn't require any installation.

So you can even execute the program from a USB drive.
