Symptoms

After installing Ponemah v5.20-SP8 or SP9, video play back does not work in Review. The user can select Show video from the Primary graph page, but the video player will not pop-up. 

This only occurs if the video was collected with the original video implementation in Ponemah (PNM-110-VIDEO). Video play back of files acquired with Noldus Media Recorder plays back as expected.

Workaround

Copy the contents of the DSIVideo folder from the main Ponemah v5.20 install CD and paste them into C:\Ponemah\DSIVideo\ folder.
