Symptom

Assuming the computer meets the DSI recommended specifications and the acquisition with video in Ponemah was properly performed ⁽¹⁾, loading the Ponemah recordings with video takes very long time (greater than 10 minutes).

The longer the recording and the larger the number of the video monitored subjects, the longer it takes to load the data in NeuroScore.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the NeuroScore build 3.2.1.9306.

Uninstall the previous version of NeuroScore and install v3.2.1.9306 or later.
