Plenum Rated Ethernet cables are similar to normal Cat5 Ethernet cables, only more fire retardant. Unfortunately, the cables DSI provides are standard Cat5 Ethernet cables, and thus are not Plenum Rated. However, since Plenum Rated cables are similar in function to normal Cat5 cables, they should work with DSI systems.
