The following outline the power requirements/specifications of the CLC and MX2.

• PoE – this is a 12.95W Max PoE, conforming to the IEEE 802.3af Power-over-Ethernet standard
• DC jack – 5V @ 2.5A Max (not what the CLC/MX2 will draw, but specs for the supply)
• Output:
  • Receiver Jacks – 6.75V supplied to the RPC receivers.  Each receiver typically draws ~10-15mA

Note:  The PoE is powered by an off-the-shelf POE switch (power sourcing equipment, PSE) which also has to conform to the standard. The optional DC power adapter supplied by DSI has a Barrel Plug connector - 2.5mm I.D. x 5.5mm O.D. x 9.5mm

The CLC/MX2 weighs approximately 2 lbs.  (Weight with accessories is approximately 4 Lbs.)

RPC-1 weighs approximately 2 Lbs.
