DSI cannot guarantee the accuracy of the physiologic data on any of the channels when the transmitter is in battery monitor mode.

When a transmitter is in battery monitor mode, one of the channels is used to send the battery information to the software.  Therefore, that channel will not be transmitting the physiologic data from the implanted animal. In addition, the sample rate of the transmitter in battery monitor mode may decrease.
