Register Computer without Internet Access 

Get the License Code from the computer with the software installed.  

• Enter the 19 or 25 character code provided. 
• Specify that you will be activating offline/manual Regiatration if the computer is not connected to the internet
  • Ponemah: Change the radio button to specify that you will be activating the license offline. 
  • FinePointe: Drop down the manual registration
• Copy the text from the box or Save the text as a *.txt file in the License request field by right clicking the "License request:" field. Save the text to a flash drive or other removable media to be used at a PC with internet access.  
  • You can leave this dialog window open as you will need to eventually paste the code from the license server

Note: The License Request box will show a specific code only when a license key is entered in the box above.

Navigate to the Harvard Bioscience License Server

• Move to a PC with internet access. Within a web browser, go to https://license.harvardbioscience.com.
• In the Manual License Registration field, paste the text that was copied in the "Enter the license request text here..." box and click "Generate"

• Copy the License information and save it to a text file on the flash drive or removable storage media 

Enter License Text to the computer with the software installed.  

• Go back to the offline computer system and paste the License text into the "License response from website:" field.

• Click on "Register"
• A pop-up window will appear showing "Product registration successful."

1. Download the RevokeLicense.exe
2. Unzip the RevokeLicense Folder
3. Run the RevokeLicense.exe program as an Administrator (Right click on the RevokeLicense.exe and select Run as Administrator)
4. In the Release License dialog window, Click on Revoke
5. In the Release License dialog window, Click on Yes.  NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours for the license to become available for a new computer.
6. A dialog will appear to alert you to the license being revoked successfully and will close out Ponemah.
7. The license will be free to be used on another computer (Register Computer)

Go to Help>About Application and select Update License.

Select the option to Deactivate (Neuroscore)

A window will pop up to confirm license Deactivation.

The license will be free to be used on another computer (Register Computer)
