Symptom

If the installed Ponemah license file has become corrupt in any way it will not be possible to open Ponemah in order to load a new one. The following error message may appear when trying to open the program.

Solution

Delete the license file from the following registry entries.

• For Ponemah v5.2x delete the License File key completely at the following node:
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Gould Instrument Systems, Inc.\Ponemah Physiology Platform
  
  
• For Ponemah v6.x delete the License File key completely at the following node:
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Data Sciences International\Ponemah Physiology Platform

Once this is complete, Ponemah will ask for the location of the license file when next opened. The new license file can now be installed.
