Open the Ponemah Software, but do NOT open a Ponemah Review Session (for Ponemah v5.x) or Experiment (for Ponemah v6.x).  Then Select Help (from ribbon)>View License

View License File Dialog Window

The View License File Dialog Window will pop-up.  From here you can see your license Serial Number
