PhysioTel Digital Implant may not be reprogrammed for different geographical regions.
PhysioTel Digital implants and CLCs are tuned to region (e.g. US, Europe, Japan, etc.) specific frequencies based on the regulation certification DSI obtained from the regulatory bodies within those regions.
It is not possible to reprogram PhysioTel Digital implants tuned for a specific region (e.g. US) for use with a CLC tuned for a different region (e.g. Europe).
The frequencies are designated by four alpha-numeric characters F#1 – X#2 (F#1 = region, X = frequency, #2 = group). The following table outlines the currently available Frequencies and Groups by Region:

The frequency designations (above) are grouped into Primary or Secondary frequencies. Group 1 (A1, B1, C1, D1) is the Primary frequency and Group 2 (A2, B2, C2, D2) is the Secondary frequency.
