Creating FinePointe Log Files For Technical Support
DSI Technical support may ask you to email us your FinePointe log files when troubleshooting system issues. Instructions for exporting the log files are below.
To create the FinePointe log files:
- Open FinePointe Review
- On the top toolbar in the General Actions section, open the submenu (1) and select the folder icon (2). This will save a file named “Logs.zip” to the Windows desktop
- Please email the zipped log files to your support engineer or attach them to your support ticket
