NeuroScore time does not match that of the computer or video files
Symptom
The time within NeuroScore is different than the computer.
Resolution
To change/update the time displayed in NeuroScore to match the computer clock:
- Open the a data set.
- Select File | Recording Properties | Recording Info tab.
- At the bottom, ensure the timezone and Daylight Savings settings are the same as the computer the data were collected on. If this is present in your version of NeuroScore. If so, then this may solve the issue you are seeing otherwise, proceed to the next step.
- Click Time Offsets button
- Select the row or rows to apply the Time offset.
- Adjust the Time Offset (bottom left corner), by appropriately selecting the hours to adjust the time stamp
- Select OK
