DSIR error when saving a profile after a new version is installed
Issue: Unhandled exception error message when trying to save a profile is DSIR after installing a new version of DSIR.
SYMPTOMS:
DSIR was recently updated with a newer version of DSIR. Upon trying to save a profile, the following error message is displayed.
SOLUTION:
- Launch the DSIR software.
- Select Help>Support Tools>Clean All Studies
