This video shows how the FinePointe software is used to nebulize liquid aerosol into the inhalation tower, and how the measured humidity at the tower port is an important factor in determining nebulization volume and duration.

NOTE:  During the nebulizer head calibration, use normal tap water or (ideally) whatever compound to which you will be exposing the animals.  Do not use water that is distilled, deionized, MilliQ, etc, as this will interfere with the nebulizer head and controller.
