The attached Excel workbook has the formulas used for Drorbaugh & Fenn's equation for compensated tidal volume (TV).  Both Ponemah and Finepointe use Drorbaugh & Fenn algorithm for temperature and humidity compensation.

Ponemah URP Module

This equation is used  for the calculations of TVadj when using Ponemah's URP analysis  module.  The compensation factor is labelled as Adj in Ponemah and thus TVadj = TV * Adj.

FinePointe

This equation can be selected when the user selects Drorbaugh & Fenn for the TVb.  Please note that FinePointe does not display the raw TV.  The compensation factor is labelled as Comp in FinePointe and thus TVb = TV * Comp.  See FinePointe Whole Body Plethysmography Volume Calculation
