There are several editions of the Windows 10 & Windows 11 Operating System.  Not all editions are compatible with Ponemah.

Windows OS Compatibility

Ponemah v5.x, FinePointe, and NeuroScore Compatibility, 

Compatible with Windows 10 Enterprise 2019 or newer, Enterprise or PRO versions 1703 or newer (to include Windows 11), N (European version)*, KN (Korean version)*

Not Compatible with Ponemah 5.x: Windows 10 OS Home,  Enterprise 2018 or older, Enterprise or PRO versions 1607 and older

Ponemah v6.x Compatibility

Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 or newer, Enterprise or PRO versions 1607 or older, Enterprise or PRO versions 1703 or newer (to include Windows 11), N (European version)*, KN (Korean version)*

Not Compatible with Ponemah 6.x: Windows 10 OS Home

Error Message Seen During Installation

If running either the *KN or *N version of Windows 10 or 11 versions and are trying to install Ponemah software, you may see the following error:

In order to correct this, you must download the media pack (Media Pack required from Microsoft for video if running a KN or N version of Windows) in order to add the media player, which are version specific. 

Installation of  Ponemah 6.x will be successful, however, Ponemah 5.x will show this following error:

In this case, the only option is to upgrade the OS version with a compatible version.
