How to share or preserve NeuroScore Analysis Protocols
The Analysis Protocols settings are saved in the file “NeuroScore.zdb” under NeuroScore Local Settings for each user.
The location of this file is C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\DSI\NeuroScore where “UserName” is the username of the account logged to Windows.
If you want to preserve the Analyses Protocols when you reinstall NeuroScore, or if you want to share the same Analysis protocols between different users/computers, here are the steps to follow:
- In NeuroScore main menu click on Tools | Options and select Advanced.
- Click on Local Settings.
- The Local NeuroScore folder that contains the user settings will open. From this folder make a copy of the file .zdb and save it on your Desktop.
- If you reinstall NeuroScore or install a newer NeuroScore version, you need to replace the new NeuroScore.zdb file from this location with the old NeuroScore.zdb file that you saved on the desktop after the installation is complete.
- If you want to share the same Analysis Protocols with another user/computer you need to replace the .zdb file from the Local Settings of that user with the file that you saved on the Desktop.
Note: Do not mix the NeuroScore.zdb file corresponding to the “Local Settings with the file that has the same name but corresponds to the “Global Settings” and is located on “C:\ProgramData\DSI\NeuroScore”. There are two completely different files containing different information.
