Before being able to access surgical videos, You'll need to be identified within our Support Center as a customer that has purchased devices.  Please contact support (support@datasci.com) and let them know what account number.  Please note that account numbers can be found on quotes or orders from Harvard Bioscience.  Additionally, you can give a serial number and we can trace it back to the account.  

Logging in with a Support Center Account

In order to access the surgical videos, you will need to log in with your email and password.  To sign in, click on the Sign in link in the top right corner of the DSI Support Center.  

When prompted, enter your email and password and click on the Sign in box.  

Don't have a password or forgot your password?

If you never created a password or received one, please click on the Forgot Password? link to create or reset your password.

Compatible Web Browser

Most web browsers will work.  The only web browser that will NOT work is Internet Explorer (IE).
