This article describes how to report J-Tpeak using Ponemah.

Placement of ECG Marks

To obtain the J-Tpeak interval in Ponemah:

1. Place the S_end mark on the J point.
2. Use ECG PRO for S_end mark placement on additional cycles.
3. Enable the Tpe derived parameter to provide the J point to Tpeak interval in milliseconds.

Equation

The equation would then be:

J-Tpeak Interval (msec) = QT interval – QRS width – Tpeak 

This equation can be entered in Ponemah's Custom Derived Parameter or by using the Excel output to compute.
