The Data Security Option (DSO), provides user access and control over the integrity
of electronic records created on the Ponemah system. It can be used to technologically assist the GLP User with meeting the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 Electronic Records, Electronic Signatures.
Note: Use of the DSO should be complemented with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), developed and implemented by the User’s organization, in order to comply with 21 CFR
Part 11 and its umbrella regulations (GLP).
