How to recover FinePointe data should data collection be interrupted by Power Outage
To recover the data collected prior to the outage:
- Log into FinePointe Control Panel using a Windows Administrator account.
- Select Manage Data.
- Select the row of data to be recovered.
- Select the Close button from Command Bar.
DO NOT click the Red x button.
This should complete the pruning job and import the data into the database to allow Data Review.
