LabChart with PhysioTel Connect does not detect MX2
Symptom
When using LabChart with PhysioTel Connect v1.0, the MX2 will not be found during the device scan process or when in the MX2 configuration dialog. However, the MX2 can be seen on the network from the PC using Windows Start menu | Computer | Network.
Workaround
When launching LabChart, right-click the desktop icon and choose to Run as an Administrator.
If your IT group does not allow you to have Administrator rights:
- Navigate to C:\ProgramData\DSI\DACSS
- Change the permission for Users to 'Full control' for each file within the DACSS folder.
