The Anipill monitor has a limited battery charge based on its usage, (screen on / off, number of capsules associated, etc ...).
Therefore it is important to always check the battery level when using the monitor in battery mode. The green/orange LED indicates when the battery is in a critical state and you should plug in an external power source as soon as possible. If not, the monitor will turn off. Should the monitor turn off in this fashion, plug the monitor into an external power source to charge the battery (you may have to wait a few minutes before you can use the screen again). Once you can turn the monitor on, you should immediately reset the time on the monitor.
Should the monitor not turn on, it may have booted in an incorrect state. This causes the monitor to freeze and display a blank screen. In this case, try resetting the monitor by pushing the internal push button switch accessible through a small hole located in the back of the monitor. Push and hold the switch for 3 seconds, then release. Again, once you turn the monitor on, you should immediately reset the time.
If this does not activate the monitor, contact Technical Support.
