The "License Activation Window" in NeuroScore says that:
- File C:\ProgramData\DSI\NeuroScore\license.lcx is a valid license file
- It needs a dongle that is NOT connected.
Ensure the Sentinel USB Key is connected and it matches the license loaded into NeuroScore (check the SN of the dongle).
This issue may be seen if Ponemah is installed on the same PC as NeuroScore. In this situation, there may be two versions of "Sentinel Protection Installer" installed. Simply uninstall the oldest one from the Control Panel and keep only the newer one. It should work after that.
If this occurs when there is only one (or no) Sentinel Protection Installer installed, then uninstall the Sentinel Protection Install and reinstall it. A download of the latest Sentinel Protection Installer can be found here:
